Location: North Brabant region, Netherlands - On site work
Rate: circa €230 per day

Hours - 8am to 5pm (may need to do out of hours support, need to be flexible).
Scope
Immediate contract for an End User Computing Engineer to deliver high-quality technical support, managing end-user technologies, and ensuring reliable operation of endpoint systems across the organisation. This role involves desktop engineering, device management, incident resolution, and acting as a technical escalation point for support teams.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in information services, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in Information Services/Technology.
- 2+ years supporting Microsoft Operating Systems, Office 365, and collaboration tools.
- 2+ years developing desktop builds, patch management solutions, and software deployment packages.
- 2+ years of experience as a primary administrator for end-user support systems.
Technical Experience
- Hands-on experience with virtual desktop solutions such as Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Device Management, including Intune and Autopilot.
- 2+ years of ServiceNow ITSM experience (Incident, Request, Knowledge, Problem).
- Familiarity with Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and cloud/on-premises services.
Certifications
- A combination of A+, Network+, MCDST, or equivalent experience (Intermediate to Advanced level preferred).
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Broad understanding of endpoint platforms: Windows, iOS, and Android.
- Deep knowledge of application and desktop virtualization technologies.
- Advanced experience with Intune, Azure, and Mobile Device Management technologies.
- Valid driver's license.
