End-of-Life Care Hub Coordinator

Marie Curie Wales is seeking a Hub Coordinator to support end-of-life care delivery. You will act as the central point of coordination, handling referrals, coordinating communications, and providing high-quality administrative support to clinical teams, volunteers and partners.
