Working Pattern

Monday to Wednesday: 6:00pm to 6:00am
Thursday: 6:00pm to 12:00am

About the Role

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play an important role in producing high-quality vitamins, minerals and nutritional supplements for customers around the world.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring products are manufactured according to production plans, on time and right first time.
• Manufacturing and blending tablets, capsules and liquid products to the highest standards.
• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Preparing equipment before production and carrying out routine machine checks.
• Following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), BRC and Food Safety standards.
• Completing manufacturing records and documentation accurately and on time.
• Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets and quality requirements.

Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous but not essential.

Starting Rate: £12.75 per hour

Night Shift Premium: £1.00 per hour

Through our dedicated training and development programme, employees can increase their skills and earnings, progressing to £14.75 per hour, plus the £1.00 per hour night shift premium.
