Enablement Support Worker - Empowering Community Independence

Kent County Council is seeking an Enablement Support Worker to assist people in achieving greater independence through planned daily living support in West Kent, including Maidstone and Malling. You will work within a team including social workers and occupational therapists to provide person-centred care.
