Enablement Manager (Deputy) - Social Care

PBS4 is seeking a Deputy Enablement Manager in Hampshire to lead on shift-based support and coach Enablement Assistants across Winchester and Portsmouth. The role involves a 42-hour week with a mix of shifts, including sleep-ins, and on-call duties, with travel across the area.

You will mentor teams, ensure QA processes, complete supervisions and appraisals, and support transitions while delivering training and welfare checks to enhance outcomes for the people we support.
