Enablement Assistant: Dynamic 1:1 Support for Autistic Teens

PBS4 is seeking a Support Worker (Enablement Assistant) to assist two brothers in Locks Heath, Fareham. You will provide 1:1 support during the day and 2:1 when out in the community, with a sleep-in shift option. Driver's license is required, and DBS checks are part of the process.

Ideal candidates are patient, calm, and enjoy physical activity; swimming and biking skills are advantageous. Salary is £13.50 per hour with a £60 sleep-in rate, and sponsorship limitations apply.
