Empowering Young Adults Support Officer (18-24)

Launchpad is recruiting a Young People Support Officer to help young adults aged 18-24 in Launchpad's supported accommodation in Reading. The role is full-time (37 hours per week across 7 days, 8am-10pm) with a salary of £29,175 FTE and a 7% employer pension contribution.

You will provide flexible, person-centred support, help with life skills, education and employment access, and work with partners to safeguard and plan move-on for independent living.
