Ambitious about Autism is seeking a Work Experience and Employability Coordinator at St John's College to plan and deliver internal work experience programmes and support learners to access meaningful work placements with local employers.

Reporting to the Employability Manager, you will develop opportunities that build practical skills, independence and progress towards learners' future goals, while liaising with employers and college teams.
