Empowering Training & Support Facilitator

CareTech is looking for a Training and Support Facilitator to work in Plymouth and Ivybridge, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. You will deliver person-centred support, assist with daily living skills, and promote independence while maintaining records.

The role requires flexibility (including evenings) and strong communication; IT literacy and reliability are important, with preference for those who understand autism/LD care.
