Empowering Team Leader - Supported Living Care

National Care Group is seeking a Team Leader for Cornerstones Palmarium to promote person-centred support, maintain independence and supervise staff. The role duties include leading a team, coordinating activities and ensuring high-quality client care in supported living environments.

The ideal candidate will have Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or be working towards it) and at least 6 months in a Team Leader role, with a focus on empathy and effective communication to support adults
