Empowering Teaching Assistant for Complex Needs & Autism

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Harlow from September. You will work with teachers, therapists and support staff to provide high-quality, individualized support throughout the school day, helping pupils develop independence and confidence.

The role involves supporting pupils with complex SEND needs, including SLD, Autism, and physical or sensory needs.
