Empowering Support Worker for Autism & LD (42h/wk)

Cygnet Group is recruiting a Support Worker for the Lincoln area at Broughton House. You will work 42 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts, with a rolling two-week rota, to support adults with learning disabilities and autism.

The role includes induction and continuous training, plus a strong focus on person-centred care and independence. Paid induction, staff coaching, a pension scheme, discounts and on-site facilities are provided.
