Job Description

Mencap Training Academy in Northampton is seeking a dedicated Skills Coach to drive our employability programs, including Supported Internships, for learners with SEND. You will deliver 1-1 coaching, help learners build employability skills, and embed English and Maths in the workplace to support sustained paid employment.

Essential: GCSE English/Maths, targets, safety, and travel within Worcestershire area. Full-time role with blinded recruitment process and competitive benefits.
