Empowering SEN TA: Support & Inspire Students

Protocol Education Ltd is recruiting compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with SEND in a Harrow secondary school setting. You will help learners build confidence and independence, both academically and socially, in a welcoming environment.

You'll work with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff to tailor support that helps every student feel valued and ready to succeed, ensuring access to learning and positive behavioural development.
