Empowering Learning Assistant for KS3-4 & SEN

Wath Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support students across Key Stage 3 & 4, including those with specific learning needs or SEMH/engagement needs. The role covers classroom and pastoral support and guiding students through interventions to overcome barriers to learning so they enjoy learning and reach their potential.

This permanent role starts September 2026, 32.5hrs per week, term-time only.
