Empowering Job Coach for SEND Internships

Sovereign & Bale is hiring a Job Coach/Tutor in Reading to support young people aged 16-24 with SEND in a Supported Internship programme. You will coach, mentor and guide interns in real work environments, helping them develop employability skills and secure paid roles.

The role involves close collaboration with host employers, families, and placement managers, delivering training, planning induction events, and ensuring safe, effective placements. A DBS check is expected.
