Empowering Children's Home Team Leader

Bay View Childcare in Heysham is looking for a confident, caring Residential Home Team Leader to supervise a small home supporting up to four children aged 8-18 with social, emotional and behavioural needs. You will lead by example, shaping a safe, nurturing environment and helping run the day-to-day operations.

The role involves maintaining high Ofsted standards, building positive relationships with children and families, and supporting rostering, training and safeguarding across the team.
