Empowering Care Leavers - Pathway Advisor

Cambridgeshire County Council is recruiting a full-time Personal Advisor in Huntingdon to support care-experienced young people aged 18-25 as they transition to independence. You will assess needs, co-create Pathway Plans and provide consistent, trusted guidance working with families and partner agencies across education, housing and health.

The role requires a commitment to diverse backgrounds, strong organisational skills, and willingness to travel around Cambridgeshire and beyond.
