Empowering Care-Experienced Youth Employment Coach

Pure Insight is seeking an Employment Coach in Stockport to support care-experienced young people aged 16-28 into employment, education, training or volunteering. You'll work one-to-one, help them overcome barriers and build confidence, with ongoing support and links to local employers.

You'll need at least two years' experience supporting vulnerable young people, excellent communication and IT skills, and a full UK driving licence. Flexible hours and professional development are offered.
