Empower Care Leavers as a Personal Advisor

Royal Borough of Greenwich is recruiting a Personal Advisor to support young people aged 16-25 leaving care. You will carry a caseload, deliver direct work, group activities, and develop Pathway Plans to help them transition to adulthood.

The role requires knowledge of care leaver frameworks, safeguarding, education and employment avenues, and strong engagement with diverse backgrounds. DBS enhanced clearance is required and flexible working is expected.
