THE JOB DESCRIPTION:
Forget endless policy documents. This is a hands-on role where your employment law expertise will make a real difference. You'll be advising both employers and employees on a varied range of employment matters, including:
• Contentious and non-contentious employment law
• Employment Tribunal matters - because sometimes a difficult conversation simply isn't enough
• Day-to-day employment advice across a diverse client base
• Client relationship management - building trust, not just billing hours
• Team collaboration - working alongside an established, supportive team
You'll manage your own caseload, deliver commercially focused advice and help clients navigate workplace challenges without adding unnecessary drama to the proceedings.
YOUR CASE FOR THE ROLE:
We're looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE and the technical expertise to hit the ground running. You'll ideally have:
• A strong track record advising both employers and employees
• Solid Employment Tribunal experience
• Confidence handling contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• A proactive, commercially minded approach
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to client care
You know your stuff, enjoy solving problems and can keep your cool when workplace relations get complicated. If you can combine first-class legal advice with a practical, personable approach, we'd love to hear from you.
