Job Description
Employment Solicitor, up to 5 Years' PQE, Oxfordshire, Competitive Salary (DOE). A leading regional law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor with up to 5 years' PQE to join its established team. THE ROLE
You will advise a diverse client base on a broad range of employment law matters, including employment contracts and policies, disciplinary and grievance issues, TUPE, redundancy and termination. The role will involve representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings and negotiation meetings, as well as drafting and reviewing employment contracts, settlement agreements and workplace policies. You will also be expected to develop lasting client relationships and contribute to the team's wider business development activities.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful applicant will be an Employment Solicitor with up to 5years' experience advising both employers and employees. You will demonstrate strong technical knowledge of employment law, alongside excellent communication, negotiation and drafting skills. A proactive approach, sound commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering high quality client service are essential. You will also be keen to develop your expertise and progress within a leading employment practice.
