You'll work closely with Partners and senior lawyers, advising commercial clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Your work will include:
- Employment Tribunal litigation.
- Strategic employment law advice.
- Restructuring and redundancy projects.
- Senior-level grievances, discrimination and whistleblowing matters.
- Executive recruitment, exits and restrictive covenant issues.
- Cross-border employment matters.
- Employment support on corporate transactions and outsourcing projects.
- High Court litigation (where applicable).
- International workforce management and business change projects.
You'll collaborate with colleagues across the firm's UK and international offices, gaining exposure to complex multi-jurisdictional matters while developing specialist expertise within a market-leading team.
We're keen to speak with solicitors who have:
- 1-3 years' PQE in Employment Law within a commercial practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of contentious and non-contentious employment law.
- Experience advising clients on Employment Tribunal matters.Exposure to restructuring, redundancy and senior employee relations issues.
- Excellent drafting, communication and client management skills.
- A commercial approach and the ability to deliver practical, business-focused advice.
- Strong academics and a genuine desire to develop within a leading Employment practice.
Experience of High Court litigation, cross-border employment work, M&A support or outsourcing projects would be advantageous but is not essential.
