Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Manage a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Advise employers on day-to-day employment law issues, including disciplinaries, grievances and performance management
- Manage Employment Tribunal claims from inception to conclusion
- Draft and advise on contracts of employment, settlement agreements, policies and procedures
- Advise on redundancies, restructures and TUPE matters
- Provide clear, commercial and pragmatic advice to clients
- Support corporate transactions and wider commercial matters as required
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate
- Contribute to business development and market positioning
- Deliver internal and external training sessions as required
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- 4+ years' PQE with strong experience in employment law
- Proven experience advising employers on a wide range of employment matters
- Confident managing your own caseload and complex matters independently
- Strong Employment Tribunal experience
- Excellent drafting skills and technical knowledge
- Commercially aware with strong communication skills
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
- Keen to contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the team
