EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR, 5+ PQE, HERTFORDSHIRE, £70,000 - £85,000 DOE - Join a Legal 500 ranked Employment team renowned for delivering exceptional advice to employers, senior executives, and HR professionals. Offering high-quality work, genuine career progression, and flexible working, this is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join a highly respected practice. JOB REF:

• Join a highly regarded Employment team advising employers, HR professionals, and senior executives on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

• You will manage a varied caseload encompassing Employment Tribunal litigation, disciplinary and grievance issues, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, redundancy and restructuring projects, TUPE transfers, and strategic workforce planning, while delivering commercially focused and pragmatic advice to clients.

• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 5+ years' PQE and strong experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment law. You will possess excellent technical knowledge, advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills together with strong commercial awareness and exceptional client care abilities.

• You will play an active role in business development, networking and raising the profile of the Employment team. Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives will be highly regarded, while an existing client following would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
