THE ROLE:
As the appointed Employment Solicitor, you will be advising a broad range of employers and employee clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The role will be varied and you will be providing advice across the broad remit of employment law including employment tribunal litigation, disciplinary and grievance matters, discrimination and whistleblowing, redundancies and settlement agreements.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 3 years PQE in advising both contentious and non-contentious employment. Ideal Employment Solicitors will have experience of acting for both employers and employee clients.
