Employment Solicitor (3+ PQE) Leeds Legal 500 Firm
We are working with a highly ranked Legal 500 firm who are seeking an Employment Solicitor (minimum 3 years' PQE) to join their Employment team in Leeds.
You will enjoy a varied workload combining contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advisory work, and support on transactional projects, while also playing an active role in client relationship management, business development, and team development.
What you'll be doing:- Advising on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment and general advisory matters
- Managing your own caseload and developing strong, long-term client relationships
- Supporting transactional teams on employment aspects of corporate, commercial, restructuring and insolvency matters
- Assisting senior colleagues on complex work while mentoring and supervising junior members of the team
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE, specialising in employment law
- Experience gained predominantly advising employers, ideally within a busy, well-regarded employment team
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to advise clients confidently and pragmatically
- Commercially minded, relationship-focused, and comfortable working across multiple sectors
- High-quality employment work within a Legal 500 ranked firm
