Our client, a highly regarded law firm, is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their expanding team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior solicitor to work on high-quality employment law matters, advising both employers and employees across a range of industries.

• Advising clients on a full range of employment law matters, including contracts, policies, and disputes.

• Handling contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

• Representing clients in employment tribunals and other dispute resolution forums.

• Keeping up to date with developments in employment law and advising clients accordingly.

• Assisting senior lawyers with large-scale employment cases and projects.

• 1-2 years' PQE with a strong background in employment law.

• Experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

• Excellent communication and client management skills.

• Strong research and drafting skills with attention to detail.
