Employment Solicitor - 12-month Fixed Term Contract Leading International City Law Firm Hybrid Basis

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client, a leading international law firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis, working on high-profile employment matters for global clients. The Role:
  • Advise on a broad range of employment matters, including contentious and non-contentious work.
  • Key responsibilities:
    • Manage employment tribunal claims.
    • Draft and negotiate contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
    • Provide advice on disciplinary and grievance procedures.
    • Support corporate transactions with employment-related input.
About You:

Qualified Solicitor (common-law qualified) with 3+ PQE with a mix of contentious, advisory and transactional work, gained within a top tier firm is preferred.

  • Previous experience in a leading employment team.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver commercially focused advice.
