Responsibilities- Advising on the full spectrum of employment law across the UK, acting for both claimants and respondents.
- Handling complex tribunal litigation, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, collective issues, TUPE, restructuring projects, restrictive covenants, and strategic advisory work for senior executives and employers.
- Taking the lead on significant matters, building trusted client relationships and playing a key role in supervising and developing junior colleagues.
- Contributing strategically to the team's direction and developing own practice with meaningful backing for business development and profile raising.
- Experienced employment lawyer with strong technical skills across contentious and non contentious matters.
- Confident advocacy and negotiation ability.
- Ambition to progress into Partnership.
