  • Work closely with colleagues across corporate, regulatory, and real estate teams to deliver seamless, sector focused advice.
  • Play a central role in developing and growing the healthcare employment practice, identifying opportunities within an existing client base.
  • Contribute to the team's sector profile through business development, thought leadership, and attendance at key healthcare industry events.
About You
  • A qualified solicitor with significant experience advising healthcare clients on employment law matters.
  • A strong understanding of the commercial and regulatory landscape affecting healthcare providers.
  • A demonstrable track record in business development, with an existing network or following within the healthcare sector highly desirable.
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and confident in identifying and leading on new opportunities.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multi disciplinary team.
