Job Description

  • Provide expert advice on employment law matters, including contracts, disputes, and compliance.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing legal team within the employment law division.
  • Represent clients in complex employment tribunals and negotiations.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated professional services.
  • Contribute to the firm's business development initiatives in the legal sector.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external legal standards and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Employment LD/Partner should have:

  • Extensive experience in employment law, including advisory and litigation work.
  • A strong legal qualification and membership of a recognised professional body.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a legal team effectively.
  • Exceptional client management and relationship-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application.
