Employment Lawyer

• Provide practical, commercial employment law advice across a wide range of areas
• Manage own caseload of Employment Tribunal matters from inception through to hearing
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel as needed
• Support delivery of training and upskilling for HR teams and line managers
• Engage in wider project work, including implementing legislative changes

• Qualified solicitor or barrister with experience in employment law (all PQE levels considered)
• Strong experience of advising on a broad range of non-contentious employment matters
• Experience managing Employment Tribunal claims
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
• Clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused advice

Demonstrates expertise in providing practical and commercially focused employment law advice, managing Employment Tribunal claims, and delivering training for HR teams. Capable of independently handling a varied caseload while collaborating with stakeholders and implementing legislative changes.
