Location: Cheltenham

Type of Role: Permanent, Full time

Salary: £40,000 £55,000 (dependent on experience)

A growing and dynamic Employment team is seeking an ambitious Employment Lawyer to join its practice in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client base across a wide range of industries, handling both contentious and non contentious matters within a supportive and forward thinking environment.

The Role
  • Advising clients across multiple sectors on a broad range of Employment law issues
  • Assisting on contentious and non contentious matters
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment documentation
  • Managing multiple matters independently with a proactive, client focused approachParticipating in marketing and business development activities
Candidate Requirements
  • Qualification as a Solicitor with 0 3 years PQE
  • Strong technical knowledge of Employment law
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Confident communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
  • A genuine interest in Employment law and client service excellence
