Employment Law Counsel (UK) - 1-3 PQE

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, GB Legal, is looking for a Legal Counsel with 1-3 years' PQE in employment law to advise on day-to-day employment matters and colleague relations. You will work with the Associate Director, Employment, and key stakeholders across the business from the Uxbridge site.

The role involves supporting disciplinaries, grievances, restructurings, and HR policy drafting, with exposure to cross-border and European Works Councils aspects where applicable.
