About the Role

Your role as an Employment Coordinator is to provide support to people with barriers to work, helping them progress towards and achieve well paid, sustainable employment. You will work across the communities of Angus, delivering high quality, person centred support as part of the All in Angus programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with barriers to work to progress towards and secure well paid, sustainable employment.
• Work across diverse communities in Angus delivering person centred support.
• Manage your own workload, prioritise tasks, and meet targets.
• Build professional relationships and communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain professional presentation and personality, ensuring a positive experience for clients.

• Drive, energy, and commitment to help people obtain high quality, well paid jobs.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritise as needed.
• Confident communicator.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professional presentation and personality.
• Some knowledge of the local community.
