Acorn Training Ltd. in Daventry is seeking an Employment Coach to support clients toward sustainable employment. You will manage a caseload, deliver one-to-one guidance, and prepare customised job search materials to meet individual needs.

In the Employability department you will liaise with local employers, monitor progress, ensure safeguarding and data security compliance, and keep accurate records of outcomes and SMART targets.
