Employment Coach for Mental Health Support

The Cellar Trust seeks an Employment Support Advisor to provide employment-related support for clients with mental health challenges (16+). The role covers CV building, job search skills, interview prep, and confidence building, delivered in the Shipley/Bradford area.

You will collaborate with employers, arrange placements, and ensure accurate client notes while following safeguarding policies and coordinating with health and social care professionals.
