Employment Coach: Empower Others to Secure Work

Get Set UK is seeking an Employment Advisor to help people overcome barriers and build confidence to secure and sustain employment. You will provide personalised coaching and practical employability support to participants from diverse backgrounds.

You will manage your own caseload, deliver coaching sessions, assist with CVs, job searching, applications, and interview preparation, and work with employers and partners to create opportunities.
