Employment & Training Team Leader: Lead Programs & Partners

Warrington Borough Council is seeking an experienced Employment & Training Advisor Team Leader to lead externally funded employment programmes within the Employment Development Team.

You'll drive high standards to meet delivery frameworks such as Fidelity and Supported Employment, build collaborative partnerships, and ensure every advisor is supported to reach their full potential in a busy, customer facing environment.
