Employment Advisor - Restart & Supported Employment Lead

Oaklea Trust is seeking a dedicated Employment Advisor to join our Work and Learn Team in Kendal. This permanent position involves supporting individuals in overcoming barriers to employment through tailored guidance and mentorship.
