Employer Engagement & Recruitment Lead (Growth Sectors)

Newham Council is recruiting an Employer Engagement Officer to lead on securing vacancies from employers and promoting them to residents. The post holder will build strong relationships with employers and external partners, and represent Our Newham Work at meetings. The role targets growth sectors and involves hands-on recruitment, from business development to candidate screening.
