Your new company
A global leader in professional services are hiring for a seasoned Employee Relations professional to influence organisational change at scale. Whilst driving complex case management, you will be a trusted expert in ER policy, lead on TUPE projects and will guide senior leadership through ER transformation. Other key responsibilities will include:
- Own and manage high-impact ER cases, including ACAS Early Conciliation and Employment Tribunals.
- Strategically lead org change programmes - from TUPE and M&A activity to restructures.
- Research and develop people policy, ensuring alignment with best practice and legal requirements.
- Upskill teams and People Leaders through training and coaching on ER case handling.
- Interpret workforce trends and data to recommend proactive ER interventions.
- Champion continuous service improvement and support transformation initiatives across the ER function.
- Proven experience as an Employee Relations specialist, specifically managing complex and high-risk cases.
- Track record in managing change programmes with both individual and collective consultation.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and the ability to educate across the business.
- Confidence in training delivery and use of case management tools.
- Data-driven mindset, with strong analytical skills and a drive to make positive improvements.
