Employee Relations Partner - Strategic HR Investigations

Rated Traders Ltd is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to manage a personal caseload of employee relations cases and projects including investigations, sickness, discipline, grievance, performance, redeployment, flexible working and retirement, all within prescribed timescales and in accordance with HR policies and legislation.

You will advise, guide and train on employment matters, liaise with trade unions and external agencies, maintain accurate case records, conduct exit interviews and
