Employee Relations Lead - Fixed Term (UK Hub)

Merlin Entertainments is seeking an Employee Relations Executive at the Basingstoke Hub to partner with managers UK-wide. You will manage a range of ER cases from start to finish, applying UK employment law and company policies while delivering a positive colleague experience.

You will coach managers, support policy development, and work with cross-functional teams including People Partners and Shared Services.
