Employee Relations & HR Advisor

Lodge Security Group in Redditch is seeking an experienced HR/ER Advisor to join our People Team. You will partner with managers across operations to provide practical employee relations guidance, support performance and ensure compliance with employment law.

The role focuses on handling cases end-to-end, coaching managers, drafting documentation, and contributing to policy development within a fast-paced, multi-site environment. CIPD qualifications are desirable.
