Employee Relations & Benefits Leader (Risk & Compliance)

This newly created role focuses on Employee Relations, Benefits, and Risk within the group. The successful candidate will lead ER cases, oversee benefits governance, and support risk and compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions.

Travel to the Isle of Man and occasional oversight of London and Mauritius are expected.

You will partner with managers, brokers, and risk teams to ensure policies remain robust and aligned with business objectives.
