Job Description
About the role

As an Employee Relations Advisor (Pensions) in our People Services department you will:

  • In liaison with the relevant pension's administrator, provide HR pension information and support to line managers, business partners and all employees. Investigate and resolve a wide range of pensions related issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Responsible for the production of all pensions related documents (e.g. associated policies, discretions etc.) to ensure they are up to date and reflective of current legislation and regulations.
  • Input all relevant pension changes on the current pay system in a timely manner to ensure that staff and employer contributions are accurate. Liaise with employees and external stakeholders in resolving issues and finding solutions whist working to tight deadlines.

  • Post specific qualification at Level 3 or above or equivalent demonstrable working experience at this level.
  • Experience of meeting best practice guidelines and employment legislation requirements, minimising organisational risk.
  • Effective organisational and time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining quality standards.
Further Information
  • You must be able to fulfil the travel requirements of the role. You will be required to complete occasional travel across Dorset & Wiltshire.
