Employee Relations Advisor - Multisite ER Support

Sodexo Salford is seeking a confident and well-organised ER Advisor to join our Employee Relations Services team in Salford. You will provide practical, compliant advice to line managers on a wide range of ER matters and support TUPE processes.

This on-site role covers 12 months FTC, 40 hours per week, with responsibilities including advising managers, handling formal and informal cases, maintaining records, and assisting with letters and case administration.
