Employee Relations Advisor - ER Case Management

EY in Birmingham is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team. You will provide high quality advice on absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters, ensuring decisions comply with employment law and EY policy.

You will manage a caseload, escalate complex issues to the HR Manager, and maintain strong relationships with line managers while keeping data protection and SLAs in focus.
